THE COFFEE GROUND
GEORGE PEARL HALL, ALBUQUERQUE, NM
A concept for a flexible and mobile cafe space located in the courtyard of the School of Architecture and Planning at the University of New Mexico. Depending on the time of day and the surrounding events the cafe can open and rotate in numerous floor plans, dividing the space accordingly to best fit its activities and users. The cafe is used as an catalyst to activate an otherwise forgotten space beneath the building.
Final representation of the project was presented in video format.
